Dah 2 hari selepas dapat tahu aku diterima berkerja di salah sebuah IT vendor co. sebagai Linux Administrator, aku masih tiada kata putus. Gaji yg ditawarkan hampir serupa dengan apa yg aku dapat di HP. Tapi benefit yang ditawarkan mmg melebihi apa yg aku dapat di HP skrg antaranya ialah :
-Transport allowance RM300/sbln
-Handphone allowance RM60
-Oversea Training
-Technical Job (errr kat HP dah la kurang technical pastu dok relaks giler babas)
-Annual Bonus
-Business Incentive
-Outstation & claim
Lain-lain benefit yang kire macam tempias kalau aku kerja kat situ :
-New things yg aku dapat belajar, virtualization technology, storage & back-up yg mana aku xde pengalaman langsung.
-Dapat berjumpa org luar, selalu outstation
-Tempat kerja yg hampir dengan rumah aku
-Ada dinner, cuti2 malaysia hehehehe. Kat HP mana ada...takat main futsal aje
-Kerja office hour 8.30am-5.30pm, 5 hari seminggu. xde la jadi batman cam kat HP.
Tapi, aku masih buntu, entah apa yg aku cari, hari ni bakal boss baru aku nak kata putus dari aku. Hampeh! Mungkin aku nak gaji RM15k sebulan kot baru aku x agak2 join dia org. hehehehe

Akhirnya kata putus di capai. Semalam aku submit tender resign sebulan notis. 3hb September aku kene report kat tempat kerja baru..So, hari2 yg tinggal kat HP nie, buat aku naik boring..menyampah, moody, asyik nak marah org je...bende2 kecik yg berlaku di sekeliling aku masa kat HP nie menambah kan lagi semangat aku untuk meninggalkan HP...err apa contoh bende2 kecik tu? Contoh, kat HP nie susah nak park kete..muehheheheheh

hehehe lupa plak...semalam aku dapat offer dari Sands Consulting Sdn Bhd..hari jumaat interview..memandang kan aku dah dapat offer bagus tempat lain, terpaksa la aku menolaknya..

heh..hari ni aku gi ambik appointment letter dari tempat kerja baru. Tgh study, smua janji2 termasuk benefit ada dlm appointment letter. Tapi, satu je kureng..title kerja aku yg kureng...nak kene komplen nie..
Tambahan : Boss baru jemput aku datang ke company annual dinner di PJ Hotel area Amcorp. Aku dah keje ngan dia org ke belum nih? bukan 3hb Sept 2007 ke aku join dia org?

- Vmware Client Insfrastructure 2.0

- Suse Linux Enterprise / OES

psl career ni, i've just got the offer from TIME dotcom as exec trainee....
keje tolong2 network engineer kat sane since i'm not very clear about my job scope....
recently, i applied DELL apprenticeship prog
behtu 2 days b4 dorg call suh dtg interview this coming thurs
scope keje kat DELL tu more to technical/IT support
if pass interview, 4 months g technical training class with SHRD (Selangor Human Resource Dev) since prog ni funded by gov....
after 4 months completion, br based kat DELL cyberjaya for another 4 months....
allowance yg derang kasi selame 8 months, rm1300 (gov (rm 500) + DELL (rm 800) = rm 1300)
after abeh 8 bulan tu, br r serap kat IT area kat DELL tu....
for me, mcm interesting mende nih plus if dpt keje dgn MNC like DELL byk benefits
-technical skills
-diff working env
-meet ppl from diverse bg
-bley brush up my communication skills (i feel my english is WORSE!! T_T)
there's a but.......
TIME dotcom offer rm 2000 (1 yr contract)
DELL rm 1300 (8 months training)
so IF dapat DELL, shud i accept it or say babai?
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrgggghhhhh demn hard to decide for myself!
help me out with this plssssss @_@

hmm thanks for joining us here dude..
BTW,
Time .com = Exec Trainee = RM2k
Dell = RM1300 - for 8 months
so, take this into your consideration :
1) Salary
RM2k - RM1.3k = RM700. Money come first! and RM700 is big you know!.
2) Time
Within 8 months in Dell, perhaps you can find a better job. Believe me! If you prefer MNC like DELL & with good pay, HP is the place for you. Regardless the position L1, L2 or L3 Unix / windows Engineer, you should at least get RM1.8k + better working environment + knowledge in unix / windows + improve your communication skill coz you really need to communicate with oversea customers / technical support.
3) knowledge & skill
For me knowledge / technical skill can be improved not only with DELL. Honestly, before joining HP, I self learned everything about linux through online 90% & 10% I learned it from elsewhere. Some more, this coming October 2007, only 1 year I involving / working in linux environment.
And yes! If I were you, I'll refuse the job offered by DELL, sharp your skill & start looking for other jobs with better pay. Within 2-3 months, if you work hard, you'll get one...believe me or not, believe me!

Aku perasan kat jobstreet pasal "Dell Apprentice" nie. Tapi, nampak cam ada masa depan la. Sekurang-kurang nye terjamin masa depan, ada kerja lepas abis praktikal tu.
tapi tu la, RM1300, nak makan apa kat KL, 8 bulan lak tu, cyberjaya plak tu, duit minyak...mati haih!!!!!

for the time being, i'm stick with TIME dotcom while discovering new things like u said in point no. 3

Post : Unix engineer, AIX-HPUX, oracle
Location : Melaka.
Terms : Contract Basis
Salary : Aku mintak RM5k sebab Contract Basis (Sajer test)
Rasanya, aku x nak kot lain kalau dia org bagi RM10k...melaka tu, x bleh hidup aku....

Semalam RMG Technology Sdn Bhd Cyberjaya panggil aku interview utk post "Senior Linux System Administrator". Disebabkan minggu depan aku kene pegi Training VMware Certified Professional dan kene bond ngan kompeni sekarang selama 2 tahun, aku terpaksa reject RMG.
