- Require kernel source-2.6.16
- Require Official Development
- Require DRBD 8.3.0
1.Install kernel source-2.6.16
2.Install official development
3.extract drbd to /usr/src/
4.cd /usr/src/linux
5.make prepare
6.make bzImage
7.cd /usr/src/drbd-8.3.0
8.make KDIR=/usr/src/linux
9.make install
10. modprobe drbd
11. echo "modprobe drbd" >> /etc/rc.d/rc.local (auto load)

Other setup :
- create user "vra"
- configure apache listen on port "27249"
- run apache as user "vra"
- allowed "vra" user to run (ifconfig,iscsid,iscsiadm,drbd,drbdadm) via visudo

- Require kernel source-2.6.16
- Require Official Development
- Require open-iscsi 2.0-707
1.Install kernel source-2.6.16
2.Install official development
3.extract drbd to /usr/src/
4.cd /usr/src/linux
5.make prepare
6.make bzImage
7.cd open-iscsi
8.make clean all
9.make KSRC=/usr/src/linux
10.make install (ignore error symvers)
11.modprobe iscsi_tcp (If can't, modinstall kernel sources-2.6.16 once more, then reboot)
12.iscsid --> start iscsi
13.iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets -p 192.168.1.94 --> discovery iscsi target
14.iscsiadm --mode node --targetname iscsi01 --portal 192.168.1.94:3260 --login ---> use iscsi target volume
Notes : before start discovery, make sure :
vi /etc/iscsi/initiatorname.iscsi and put something like :
InitiatorName=iqn.2009-07.org.no-x:01.189fbf1f2ac1
