Saya run noguix live-cd atas komputer pentium 4 1.6Ghz, 512mb ram. nak jadikan noguix linux router. tapi, camne nak kasi client windowx xp share internet melalui noguix?

ahh yang nie...guna iptables aje.. masquerade google klau nak cepat..kalau sanggup tunggu, aku builtkan satu script untuk act as linux router...

saya dah google pasal masquerade ngan forward iptables tapi, masih tak faham la. Selain guna iptables, apa lagi yang saya kene ada?

HOW TO LINUX ROUTER
Requirements :
- 2 network card - eth0, eth1
- Firewall - iptables
- any Linux Distro
eth0 = WAN = auto dhcp
eth1 = LAN = static ip
1) Configure static ip for eth1 & left empty for gateway
2) Create iptables rule
$ iptables -t NAT -A POSTROUTING -i eth0 -j MASQUERADE
$ iptables -A FORWARD -i eth1 -j ACCEPT
3) enable kernel ip_forward = 1
$ echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
4) Testing
ping local
ping www.yahoo.com
